Tommy Pellatt

Starting his Daversa career in the Nation’s Capital, Tommy works Bi-Coastal out of the LA Office, as many of his clients are found on both coasts. With a relentless curiosity in complex frontier-tech and innate skill in storytelling, Tommy prides himself on specializing in the most challenging roles for emerging industries, placing highly technical Engineering and Product leaders, in addition to Financial and Go-To-Market Executives. Rather than single placements, Tommy has deep rooted experience in full-team buildouts. Tommy has always had a unique ability to connect with the vision of an organization disrupting an industry, enabling him to be a thought partner in the visualization and architecture of the future exec team. He has built out Executive teams for the likes of Matterport, IonQ, Epirus, Maxar, Opentrons, Bestow, Liquid Death, and Even. A dual citizen of Canada & the US, Tommy grew up in Connecticut before attending Penn State and graduating with a Degree in Supply Chain Management and a Minor in International Business. Outside of the workplace, Tommy can be found on the golf course when it’s warm out, and in the mountains snowboarding during the winter months.
