As a Bay Area native, Lisa grew up witnessing first-hand the profound impact that tech had on her environment. This piqued her interest from an early age, and combined with her desire to find a career that required both intellectual horsepower and interpersonal skills, Lisa found her home in executive search.
While not limited in her expertise, she is a key contributor to Daversa’s West Coast tech practice, specializing in the placements of VP/C-suite level engineering and product executives. Her charismatic approach and genuine curiosity have enabled her to build meaningful relationships with candidates and clients alike. Her relentless work ethic and focus on execution have helped her succeed in making key placements at companies like Uber, DoorDash, Chime, Plaid, Upstart, OpenSea, CircleCI, Everlywell, and Lacework. Lisa graduated cum laude from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Cognitive Science and a minor in Business Management.
