Her sense of urgency and organization is unparalleled, and she’s earned her reputation by being incredibly committed to delivering the best candidates and search process for her clients. Samantha has played a critical role in building out the VP and C-level management teams for some of the most disruptive consumer brands and enterprise software companies of our time. She is also passionate about partnering with businesses disrupting the energy and sustainability spaces and has helped establish the firm’s clean tech practice in recent years. 

Across the technology industry, Samantha is considered a thought leader and has published pieces in the climate tech space, including Tech’s Biggest Return On Investment: Clean Energy & A Sustainable Futurefeaturing Sameer Reddy, Partner at Energy Impact Partners. She was also featured on Hunt Scanlon’s Talent Talks Podcast to host a discussion around recruiting elite leaders into this emerging category. 

Samantha has a deep network and expertise in recruiting for senior engineering, data/machine learning and product functions, as well as operations and marketing and has partnered with the majority of the tier-1 venture firms such as Andreessen, Thrive Capital, Benchmark Capital, Sequoia Capital and Venrock. Samantha graduated as Student Marshal with highest distinction from Penn State University in the College of Communications.
