Coast to coast, Joanna is always running at 100 mph. Joanna specializes in Product and Design with expertise in CPO/VP Product, VP Design, CTO/VP Engineering, VP Product Marketing searches as well as product oriented CEO, COO, President and GM roles. She has spent the past decade building relationships with the top product leaders in industry and acts as a strategic thought partner to founders in making these key hires. She has placed 250+ product, design and engineering executives in early to growth staged businesses across consumer, SaaS, web3, security, fintech and healthtech.

Joanna has partnered with investors at Benchmark Capital, Greylock, Sequoia, NEA, Accel and Lightspeed Venture Partners and has built out the leadership teams for Nextdoor, Brex, Robinhood, Datadog, Instacart, Grammarly, Uber, Sidewalk Labs, Shortcut, Dataminr, Color Genomics and Oscar Health.

Prior to joining Daversa, Joanna was a Corporate Paralegal at Rich May P.C., a Boston based law firm. Joanna received her Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
