Vicky Gullotti

Vicky, a dedicated Headhunter and Mother, sets a high bar for identifying impactful leadership for her clients. She is one of the founding team members at Daversa Partners, and is considered to be one of the firm’s veteran headhunters. Vicky is a trusted search advisor to the boards and management teams that hire her, and has become an expert at building out the leadership teams for both early and late stage innovative companies within the consumer internet, services, and healthcare technology sectors. She offers in depth experience at running President, COO, CEO, VP Sales, HR and tech related searches. More recently, Vicky helped build out the executive leadership teams at Brex, Progyny, Devoted Health, Wildlife Studios and Coupang, among others. She is a cancer victor and advocate for alternative health and wellness. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from State University of New York, FIT.
