Joe Suliman is the Partner and Head of Daversa’s Boston Practice. He works closely with founders, CEOs and Boards to execute on critical executive leadership searches for the fastest growing companies in the technology sector. Joe has spent the past 8+ years building deep functional expertise in Product, Engineering and General Management, having placed over 200 executives in industry categories such as consumer internet, fintech, web3, SaaS and healthtech.
Joe has placed executives at companies like Reddit, Nextdoor, Rec Room, Brex, Scopely, Dataminr, Google, Paxos, Podium, ShapeTX, Braintrust, Classpass, Nylas, Cruise Automation, NerdWallet, Postmates and many more.
Joe is widely considered a thought leader across the Tech industry and has had numerous published pieces in the web3 space, including Mining Talent for the Crypto Revolution and ‘The Web3 / Crypto Ecosystem Continues to Explode, Keeping Search Firms Busy.’
He spent 8 years helping lead the firm’s Silicon Valley practice before returning to his original home to stand up and lead the firm’s first ever Boston Office.
