Isabella Diodato

Born and raised in New Jersey, Isabella brings an unwavering level of determination and passion to her work. Isabella has spent the last several years in Daversa’s Washington D.C. office recruiting VP and C-level talent across some of the most disruptive companies in tech on both the consumer and enterprise landscapes. Her ability to connect with clients and candidates alike has helped her to attract top tier talent to executive leadership teams at the portfolio companies of tier-one venture firms like Khosla, NEA, Founders Fund, Y Combinator, Benchmark, Greylock and others. Her recent work includes placements at Cockroach Labs, Forward, Shutterfly, Brex and AliveCor. She has developed a deep network for recruiting senior executives in finance, operations and marketing as well as at the Board Director level.

Isabella joined Daversa after graduating from Penn State University, where she studied Public Relations, Advertising, Sociology and International Studies.
