Alana Navaroli

Alana is an Associate Director in Daversa Partners’ New York City Office. Since joining Daversa, Alana has helped built the C-Suites for companies that are at the frontier of innovation and disruption, such as, Bowery Farming, Rebellion Defense, Airtable, Outrider, Zoom, Flexport, HubSpot, and many others. She brings a deep understanding of the industry, incredible focus, and a relentless hustle to her search work that consistently results in client satisfaction.

Whether it’s downhill skiing in the winter, going to the beach with friends in the summer, or captaining the company’s kickball team in the spring, Alana has a very well-rounded and active personal life. She was a lacrosse player at Rutgers University and graduated with a degree in Information Technology and Informatics.
