Zach Greenberg

A Philly native, Zach has brought unparalleled East Coast hustle and grit to sunny Los Angeles. Zach was one of the first employees to join Daversa’s Santa Monica office and has found his niche recruiting world class executives into mission driven start-ups. His work ranges from pre-revenue ground-ups to multibillion-dollar companies in aerospace, defense tech, industrials, general hardware / software and vertical SaaS. Most recently, he has built the executive teams at some of the most prominent businesses in Frontier Technology, including Saildrone, Anduril, and Rebellion Defense to name a few ,and has partnered with investment firms such as Lux Capital, Founders Fund, a16z and Venrock.

Prior to becoming a headhunter, Zach worked in a supply chain procurement role for a large CPG company. Zach graduated from Pennsylvania State University where he held a marketing major with a focus in supply chain, and a minor in Labor & Employment Relations.
