A Boston native who once set his eyes on a career in biotech, Patrick had no trouble refocusing his passion for people as a charismatic, yet relentless search partner. His natural hustle and ability to build instant relationships have enabled him to create a name for himself in industry. A former Division 1 hammer thrower, Patrick now throws his weight around driving Daversa’s go-to-market practice – specializing in recruiting for sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and CEO functions. He has been instrumental in building the management teams for privately-held, early to mid-stage enterprise software companies – recent assignments have included Collibra, DigitalOcean, Vision Critical, Aporeto, Jobcase, ReversingLabs, BigID, Logz.io, Curv, and Styra. Patrick graduated from Lafayette College with degrees in Mathematics and Spanish.
