Having joined Daversa Partners in 2013, Jon has a decade of relentless experience in delivering value for clients and candidates as an executive recruiter. In addition to driving the firm’s enterprise go-to-market and operations practice, Jon is often called to help lead some of the firm’s most critical projects across every function in the C-suite. He has developed unparalleled access to hard-to-reach talent. Jon’s work as a Director spans emerging industries including but not limited to manufacturing, robotics, health tech, & defense tech. He is responsible for building the executive leadership teams at companies like Epirus, Pillpack (sold to Amazon), Even (sold to ONE) and OPT Industries. Jon has also been a part of strategic talent projects with top venture capital firms Greylock and Venrock.
During his tenure at Daversa Partners, Jon has held various leadership roles, leading Training & Development and Systems & Operations. Jon has deployed platforms such as Rippling, SalesLoft and Rocketreach, giving him a hands-on appreciation for enterprise technology, automation, and the entrepreneurial leadership required to scale a business.
Jon started his career in sales at a digital media startup while studying at Purdue University. At Purdue, Jon earned a B.S. degree from the College of Technology, with a major in organizational leadership. When Jon is not building executive teams, you’ll likely find him on a pickleball court, watching the Purdue Boilermakers, or trying his hand at fly fishing and backyard maple sugaring. Jon is from a small town in the Midwest built on work ethic and manufacturing. He currently lives in Connecticut with his wife, Patricia.
