Jamie Sanger

From Colorado and the last of nine kids, Jamie’s father taught him at a young age that your outcomes depend on you. This lesson has served him well in his 20 years as a recruiter, over 16 of which with Daversa. 

A senior Partner in the firm, Jamie built and leads Daversa’s international practice and launched the London office. He has placed executives across the US, Europe, Asia and LatAm for companies including Deliveroo, SaltPay, Monzo, Spendesk, IMMO, Omio, GoHenry, Cobalt.io, TechStars, Builder.ai, Unibuddy, Comply Advantage, Freddie’s Flowers, Discovery, Catawiki, and Sandbox VR. He works with top venture and private equity firms including Index, Highland, General Atlantic, DST, Greenoaks, Accel, Softbank, Kindred, Lakestar, Mosaic, Bond, and Andreessen Horowitz.

Jamie is known widely across the tech industry as a thought leader and a master of his craft. Some of his thought leadership includes a feature in the UK Times where he discusses key insights into “how to win the war on talent.” He’s also served as host of Daversa Partners’ Dare To Be Legendary podcast episode, featuring Maëlle Gavet, CEO of Techstars, in which the duo discuss the state of the European market.

When not on the phone, Jamie is likely shopping for guitars that he someday hopes to learn how to play.
