Gary Constance

Gary brings over a decade of leadership and specialized expertise to executive searches for Daversa Partners’ clients in the Software and Internet sectors. He is recognized as one of the most passionate and tenacious headhunters in industry, primarily working with private, venture-backed enterprise and consumer technology companies. Gary has recently completed work for top-tier venture firms such as Kleiner Perkins, Norwest Venture Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, Accel Partners, Battery Ventures, and Insight Partners. 

Prior to joining Daversa Partners, Gary spent time as a field sales executive for a national credit card processing services provider covering the New York/Tri-State territory. Recently, he has successfully built out the executive teams for Webflow, Databricks, Netskope, Gong.io, Arctic Wolf Networks, and UiPath.
