Danny Nilsen

A Bay Area local born and raised just north of San Francisco in a charming town called Fairfax, Danny pivoted his career ambitions from sportscaster to headhunter, working under the tutelage of senior Partner Bill Beer. He specializes in product, technology, and senior operator/GM search work and has a placement portfolio that spans public and private clientele, including Carvana, Everlywell, Grammarly, OpenSea, Yuga Labs/BAYC, HashiCorp, and Elastic. Holding a UC Davis BA in Communications and Minor in Professional Writing, Danny’s personal passions include sports and music, keeping a close eye on his beloved San Francisco Giants while always exploring musical talents of generations past and present.
