Donato came to Accenture following his experience as a Strategic Sales Leader at HP. Here Chris was a part of a select team of individuals who manage Hewlett Packard’s largest and most critical outsourcing transaction worldwide. Prior to this role, Chris led the Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) business development organization for HP’s Enterprise Services division. In his eight years with HP, Chris has structured many long-term, complex IT and BPO relationships with Fortune 100 clients. Prior to joining HP, Chris founded and served as the CEO of Remark, Inc. Remark developed solutions aimed at improving the Human Resources value chain. Chris served on Remark’s Board of Directors and was responsible for managing the strategic direction of the company, overseeing financial projections, operating budgets, and profitability models to manage the company’s growth and enhance business value.
Chris graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from LaSalle University where he was a two-sport scholarship athlete in Men’s Division I Basketball and Track & Field.

Hall came to Accenture following his experience as the Managing Director, North America for Vertex. He originally joined Vertex as Managing Director for Private Sector and Utilities in 2007. Prior to Vertex, John was with Bell Canada, where he was Senior Vice President, Marketing, Product Solutions and Strategy for their Enterprise division. Prior to this role, John was a partner at McKinsey and Company where he co-founded the Financial Services Operations practice and the North American Contact Center practice. He started his career at IBM where he spent 7 years as Sales Leader, Large Accounts for IBM Canada.
John has more than 20 years of business leadership in marketing & sales, strategy and operational improvement. He has an in depth knowledge of working with large enterprises and their leadership teams to transform their businesses through technology, process improvement, and strategic focus. John has worked across a range of industries to achieve and sustain major productivity and quality improvements in call center and customer service environments. John received his MBA from INSEAD.

Ron came to Accenture following his experience as Executive Vice President for Business Development - Utilities at Vertex Business Services, responsible for leading the company’s largest and most strategic initiatives to enable effective growth for Vertex. In this role, Ron led several initiatives focused on the outsourcing of critical IT and back office operations as well as restructuring troubled contracts for Vertex with key global clients.
Prior to joining Vertex, Ron was a Global Industries Leader for IBM with responsibilities for Sales and Business Development for a Global Team of industry solutions experts . In this role, Ron created a solutions playbook for Energy & Utilities with a focus on Smart Grid, Advanced Meter Management, T&D Network Transformation & Sustainable Development.
Prior to IBM, Ron served as Vice President Global Sales at Silicon Energy and was a sales manager at Indus International. Ron is a subject matter expert in the Energy and Utilities space. He has written several white papers on the future of the Utilities Industry, and how companies should prepare there businesses moving forward. Ron is proven sales leader generating significant revenue growth at every organization he has been employed with, and has a strong reputation in industry.
Ron lives in Miami with his wife, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.

Accenture Ltd., a leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing firm has announced the addition of Larry Stack as Senior Vice President North America Cross Operating Groups.
Larry came to Accenture following his experience as Vice President for major pursuits reporting to the Office of the Chief Operating Officer at Hewlett Packard, responsible for leading the company’s largest and most strategic initiatives to enable effective growth for HP Enterprise Services (formerly with EDS) a Fortune 10 Company. In this role, Larry led several initiatives focused on the outsourcing of critical IT and back office operations as well as restructuring troubled contracts for HP with key global clients. Larry was awarded the “Strategic Sales Executive of the Year Award” and to date, Larry is responsible for closing approximately $8b worth of new business for HP/EDS across several industries, geographies and a myriad of existing and new clients.
Prior to joining HP, Larry was a Senior Vice President for Fujitsu where he served for five years as Profit and Loss leader for Fujitsu Consulting North American Communications and Government Operations. In this role, Larry built the contract mechanism to do business with the United States Government and led several mega-deal initiatives for Fujitsu Limited across both Government and the Communications industries on a global scale.
Before joining Fujitsu, Larry served as the Chief of Field Operations for the United Nations in Angola and Negotiator in Bosnia, where he assisted in efforts to implement various peace accords. In this role, Larry was credited for being the key on the ground liaison with the warring parties in the deployment of United Nations forces and personnel into conflict zones in order to enforce cease-fire accords and peace agreements.
Prior to this, Larry held several key positions in the federal government to include positions at the White House Communications Agency, the White House Situation Room, the National Security Council and Federal Emergency Management Agency. Larry also served five years in the United States Air Force as a Communications Intelligence Non-Commissioned Officer.
Larry has also testified to the United States Congress and provided speeches on international conflicts and other issues pertaining to crisis zones and humanitarian relief.
Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland. He is married to wife, Stephanie and has two children, Leighton age 6 and Everett age 3 and resides in Alexandria, Virginia.

Dan Toombs came to Accenture following his experience at IBM where Dan served as Vice President Strategic Sales. Dan is widely known for his career at EDS. Most recently, Dan was RVP of North America sales, responsible for the West region BPO, achieving targets exceeding $200M of TCV and development of a $2B+ pipeline. Dan also held expanded responsibilities for P&L management for his region’s portfolio of business, totaling over $700M in annual revenues. In 2001, Dan sold $635M in total contract value (highest annual sales production in the history of EDS’ West region), achieving Pinnacle Status at EDS’ Sales Inner Circle. In 2000, he sold $153M of total contract value, achieving Pinnacle status at EDS’ Sales Inner Circle. In 1999, Dan sold $14M of total contract value while creating a pipeline of nearly $300M. As a business development executive from 1997-1998, Dan qualified for EDS’ Sales Inner Circle both years, closing $60M of TCV in 1997, and $75M on TCV in 1998. From 1995-1997, Dan was an account executive, responsible for managing the global delivery of EDS’ services, and a $20M P&L, to Delco Electronics manufacturing business unit. Dan had direct managerial responsibility for two US manufacturing plants and coordination of consistent services at seven international locations. Earlier roles at EDS included assessment lead, operations manager and systems engineering roles for IT outsourcing contracts. Dan graduated in 1988 with a B.S. in Business - Computer Information Systems from Indiana University.

Huff came to Accenture following his experience as Senior Vice President – Global ITO Sales and Marketing at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) responsible for all sales, marketing, strategy and implementation functions for a team of 12 senior sales and marketing executives. Huff joined ACS after stepping away from an 18 year career with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) where he served as a Managing Director and Senior Partners responsible for leading the reorganization of consulting services from a geography-based sales and delivery model to National Vertical Industry Practices. Huff Created the National Energy Practice that included: developing a business plan, organizational structure, and budget. Recruited a Senior Partner management team heading up key Industry Segments, Technology/Solution Development, Business Operations, Finance and Marketing. Managed P/L to produce annual revenues approaching $100 million, 34% profit margin and 300 CSC personnel. Before joining CSC, Huff spent four years at Electronic Data Systmes (EDS) as a Regional Sales Director. Huff began his career in the Oil and Gas Industry both as producer and as an area Landman for Arco Oil and Gas. Huff hold a Bachelor of Science in Mineral Land Management from the University of Colorado.

Prior to IMC, Deelsnyder was Vice President and Enterprise Client Executive with Electronic Data Systems. While at EDS, Deelsnyder served in executive level client facing roles within the Financial, Public Sector and Retail industry segments working with clients such as Chase, First Union, Bank of America and The Home Depot. He also managed EDS' relationships with states including North Carolina, Georgia, Indiana and Wisconsin. Jack Denault was most recently at Dimension Data as SVP of Sales from 2006-2009. At Dimension Data, Jack was responsible for both Technology and Service portfolios - Networking, Unified Communications, Security, Call Center, Video, Data Center, solutions, and Services, to improve profitability. Prior to that, he was responsible for Onyx's direct sales, partner distribution and services teams for the Americas. In addition, he also lead the company's global sales operations team. Before joining Onyx, Denault worked for Avaya, a global leader in communication systems, applications and services. Over a 20 year period with Avaya (and its predecessor organizations Lucent and AT&T Corporation), Denault held senior sales and executive management positions in both North America and Europe. His experience included serving as Chief Operating Officer for Lucent's Europe, Middle East and Africa business. As Vice President of Lucent's alliance with Siebel Systems, he created and implemented the sales engagement model and drove revenue growth, channel development, marketing and strategic relationships with key systems integrators. Most recently Denault was responsible for Avaya's Executive Relationship Management program. Working directly for HP's chief financial officer, Spray also led a year-long project to re-examine and reduce HP's total infrastructure costs by several hundred million dollars.
