Bill is one of the lead Partners in Daversa's San Francisco based practice. He joined Daversa in 2003 and brings more than 17 years of high tech search experience to the firm. Bill specializes in building executive teams for venture backed, high growth businesses in the consumer, cloud and digital media sectors. In his 7+ years at Daversa, Bill has led more than 100 VP or C-Level searches across all key functional disciplines. Bill has helped build executive teams for some of the leading venture backed technology companies including Zynga, Chegg, Shazam, DocuSign, Pure Digital, JBoss, OneKingsLane, TheLadders, Art.com, ZipRealty, Vudu, Merced Systems and Clairmail.

Prior to joining Daversa Partners, Bill was a consultant with Christian & Timbers working with clients such as Symbol Technologies, ETrade and Cognizant Technology Solutions. Prior to C&T, Bill spent 9 years with technology search firm OTEC. Bill founded, spun out and led a Human Capital management venture for OTEC called ForwardHire. He also founded and led OTEC's San Francisco search practice. OTEC, founder of Hotjobs.com was a national search firm with offices in New York, San Francisco and Boston. Bill earned his BS in Mathematics from the University of Vermont.
