Maria Hart joined Daversa Partner in 1997 as an associate recruiter. In 1999 she was named Executive Assistant to Paul Daversa, CEO. In addition to managing all internal operations for the firm she is responsible for all day to day activities for the firms search activity. She has been a staple in firms culture and part of the building block for the firms growth. Previous to Daversa Partners she worked for TransAmerica as Manager of Operations. The firm finds it amazing that she has been able to work for Paul Daversa for this length of time.
