Senior Associate
Tina is a Senior Associate at Daversa Partners. She has driven high profile executive search projects from Silicon Valley to Silicon Alley. Tina spends her time at the convergence of consumer internet and ad technology, working with companies revolutionizing industries from finance to retail. She has placed executives across the C-suite at businesses like Yelp, Lending Club, Quantcast, and NastyGal. She has built out teams for top venture capital firms such as Benchmark, Accel, Index and Norwest. Her background includes positions at the Press Office of Mayor Bloomberg and WPSU, Central PA's public radio station. Clients are consistently surprised to find out she is a demolition derby driver, avid equestrian, and harpist. Tina graduated with Distinction from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. She proudly sports Penn State gear whenever she has the chance.
